Payment

So far, we only accept PayPal, but we will extend more payment methods in months.
If you do NOT have a PayPal Account, please visit http://www.paypal.com for register.

Shipping

The lead time is various for different production approaches.

  1. Laser engraved products: 1 ~ 3 business days. **could be upgraded to RUSH ORDER which shortens to 24 hours
  2. Mechanical engraved products: 1 ~ 3 business days. **could be upgraded to RUSH ORDER which shortens to 24 hours
  3. Etched products: 2 weeks
  4. Printed/ hot stamped pouches: 1 week

We partner with major international logistics service providers like China EMS (delivered by USPS), SingPost, DHL, UPS, FedEx to offer two shipping methods:

• Registered Airmail: 10-20 business days
• Express Shipping: 2-5 business days*

Unless especially specified, we offer Registered Airmail for each order. If you want an Express Shipping rather than a default please contact us to prompt a customized order and you may pay additional shipping fees.

Some items will have a FREE SHIPPING service, we’ll ship your items free.

*Note: Due to actual service level, Express Shipping orders may be delivered in 2 ~ 3 days for USA, East Asia, Singapore, Australia and 3 ~ 5 days for other countries. 

Returns and Exchanges

Please kindly read these policies carefully, which define your rights and obligations with respect to your purchases at FindingBox, including important limitations and exclusions.

:::Return DOA (Dead on Arrival) Item:::

Any items listed at FindingBox, regardless of the guarantee offered, dead on arrival (incorrect usage excluded) within 5 days after delivery or 30 days after shipment (for those untraceable shipment)

In this case, please kindly provide us with proofs as below:

• The photos of original package we shipped to you with its both front and back sides
• The photos or video of the defective item(s)

In a DOA situation, we (seller) will redo and reship the customized items if the buyer still needs the items, otherwise we will refund the whole order.


:::Replacement of Incorrect/Defective Item Received:::

If the item you received is completely different from the one you ordered, or the item is in defective, please contact us and provide the proofs.

If replacement is necessary, we(seller) will undertake the cost of re-production and re-shipment . 

For the defective but still acceptable item, if you wish to keep it, you may suggest us and we will offer you a certain discount for buying it.

After receiving the incorrect/defective product, please kindly provide us with proofs as below:

The photos of original package we shipped to you with its both front and back sides
The photos or video of the defective item(s)



:::Unsatisfied Products:::

If you are not happy for other reasons than quality issue with your purchase, we are so sorry that we cannot reuse the customized items or resell them to other customers. So please confirm the mockup we make and send to you before we arrange a formal production.

Refunds will be credit through PayPal or the payment methods of original order.
If possible, please make sure you have checked the package contents before you sign for it. In case of damage or empty, please refuse to accept it and contact us. Once you sign for the item, you are signing acceptance of the integrity of all products as is and CANNOT refute the charges for the empty package.

*Note: Business days we mentioned here are refer to China (PRC)'s public holiday regulations announced by the government.
