We are definitely undergoing an incredibly challenge, which is not only from the pandemic itself, but also to the believes, choices and behaviours we will take to response as a human community. We know there may be uncertainty, anxiety and panic. 

First of all, we would like to share our own experience, which we got from coronavirus epidemic in China, in the early three months of 2020. With the concerted efforts from all the society, the epidemic got controlled and almost eliminated. And now the society and economy activities are back to normal. The most important is keep people healthy for sure. We think the video from WHO describes it well, but we did take a long while to learn these.

We understand business situations have got worse than we ever thought. But we believe things will get running properly if we take the right action and work together shoulder to shoulder. We would like to share our thoughts of business strategy upon the uncertainty situation.

  • Keep the healthy cash flow, inadequate cash reserves are top reason a business doesn't success. Extend new income sources, funding sources and reduce the expenses as most as we can.

We try best to work with our shipping service provider. From experience we have so far, the shipping thru USPS will be delivered in 7 ~ 12 days, which is 2 ~ 3 days slower than before. Express via DHL looks good. Shipments via international airmail may be slower of 3 ~ 5 days.
